AMI Sunset Beach - Gulf View Retreat w/ Pool+Decks

Quiet Hours 10 pm to 7 am. No parties more than 12 people total. Not pot-friendly, not 420 friendly, no smoking, vaping or drug use permitted anywhere in lodge or anywhere on property. We will pursue legal action on violators. Check-in Time 3 pm ET. Check-out Time 10 am ET. NO CANNABIS/MARIJUANA, SMOKING, DRUGS, OR VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE HOME OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW AND WILL BE TAKEN TO COURT FOR FEES AND EXTRA MONETARY FINES! Vacation rental homes in the state of Florida are required to have a hotel business license. So rental homes are viewed as hotels. Florida State Law is NO SMOKING IN HOTELS. We must abide by this law. Also, please be respectful of future guests who have allergies to smoke, etc. Check-out List 1. Check-out time is 10 am Eastern Time. Check-in time is 3 pm Eastern Time. 2. In warm weather, please leave system for the thermostat on “COOL” at 80 degrees. In colder weather, please leave system for the thermostat on “HEAT” at 65 degrees. 3. Turn off all lights & appliances (including coffee maker) & return any moved furniture back to its original spot. 4. Be sure to wash all dishes – Load and run dishwasher. 5. Please dispose of any perishable food items. Take garbage bags to the outdoor trash can located in the back. 6. Please place all towels (kitchen, bath, beach) into the washing machine and start the load. If you have time to put them in the dryer and start it, that would be great! It takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r. for things to dry in Florida. Charge of $50 if not. 7. Please take just the sheets & pillow cases off the beds and pile them on the floor in front of the washing machine, so our cleaner can quickly find all the linens that need to be washed. (They are hard-workers, so please let's not make them hunt for the laundry!) 8. Verify all windows and doors are locked. Also, please make sure the spa cover is shut properly. 9. Puzzles and games go back in the white cabinet near the dining room. 10. Place all pool toys back in an organized manner.
