The Bridge Street Beach House is waiting for your arrival in this 2-bedroom + 1-bathroom with sleeper sofa home underneath the Clock Tower and practically on Bridge Street and the Pier! Relax, reminisce and refresh. Fish!!! Teenage Guest in June 2024 caught all these fish multiple times off the Pier or the community seawall just a few feet from the home and announced they were returning to our home ASAP! - Snook, Flounder, Sheepshead, Snapper, Drum Fish, Lady Fish!! - guest used shrimp from the Bridge Street Pier bait shop. Sleeping arrangements: • Master = King bed, TV, shelves, closet, ceiling fan, washer + dryer. • Guest = Queen bed with fan, TV, closet, shelves. • Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We are a few steps from historic Bridge Street + Bay Pier to the Gulf of America. Take your time and experience the full complement of restaurants on Bridge Street from alfresco to fine dining experiences that will satisfy any palate at the numerous establishments available. There is a rotating variety of live entertainment at many venues on Bridge Street throughout the day and evening seven days a week. At the end of the day, sunsets can be enjoyed after a leisurely stroll to the Gulf of Mexico. Stop for an ice cream or a gelato at one of the three shops along the way. If you want a roof top view of the sunset the Daiquiri Deck, BridgeTender, Drift Inn, Island Time, Bridge Street Bistro or the Moose Lodge are convenient options that provide food and beverages for your viewing pleasure. The white sand is beautiful to catch the sun and enjoy picturesque sunsets. On the Bradenton Beach pier next to you are Dolphin and sunset tours, watercraft rentals, parasailing, charter fishing, as well as the water ferry to the City of Anna Maria and to the historical Riverwalk in Bradenton. There is a free trolly to travel the seven-mile-long island from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm with 35 stops along the way. Next to us, at the south end of the island is Coquina beach it has a restaurant, a market and live music festivals. Just two miles north is Holmes Beach that has a grocery store, many shops and restaurants to visit and browse. The northern most point of the island is the City of Anna Maria with more shops, restaurants and entertainment for your enjoyment. Walking, jogging, and biking are other transportation options available to you. In addition golf cart rentals are another alternative to explore and contact the host for a rental option. There are many other activities within a few minutes of your front door to go along with the restaurants, music, and shopping, there is miniature golf, pickle ball courts, or try snowball throwing while at the tiki bar at the Bridge Tender Inn. No car needed as everything is close-by, Walmart delivers groceries, and free AMI Trolley or rent our golf cart rental takes you all around AMI!! Bridge Street has charming boutiques and enjoy a round of miniature golf there along with all the restaurants and bars. Watch the various sizes of watercrafts that paddle, motor, and sail past us along the intercostal waterway. The Christmas boat parade and cigarette boat regattas are a pleasure to watch from your front door.
